This role involves providing Workstation Software Break Fix support, managing assets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop Support
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be within driving distance of Forest, MS
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces
