VSO is seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team in McKinney, Texas as a Cleared Desktop Support professional. This role involves providing Workstation Software Break Fix support, IMAC support, and other client support tasks, with responsibilities including client center support, IT Service Management, and troubleshooting. The position requires an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above.
Requirements
- Previous working experience in Desktop Support is desired
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
- Must be within driving distance of McKinney, Texas, and willing to work onsite
- Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above
