VSO is seeking motivated individuals for a Desktop Support role in Plano, TX. The role involves providing workstation software support, including installation, repairs, and maintenance, as well as client center support. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop Support
• Knowledge of PC Imaging
• Experience with change management and incident management
• Experience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
• Must be within driving distance of Plano, TX and willing to work onsite
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs or ramps
• Must be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces
