VSO is seeking highly motivated individuals for a Cleared Desktop Support position in Richardson, Texas. The role involves providing workstation software support, including fix, install, and asset recovery, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Training will be provided for new hires.
Requirements
- Previous working experience in Desktop Support
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe
- Must be within driving distance of Richardson, Texas
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Must be able to kneel and work under desks
