VSO is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their growing team in Tewksbury, MA, as Desktop Support Specialists. The role involves providing workstation software break fix support, asset recovery, and client support duties to maintain workstation operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop Support
  • Knowledge of PC Imaging
  • Experience with change management and incident management
  • Experience with using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
  • Must be within driving distance of Tewksbury, MA and willing to work onsite
  • Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to walk up and down stairs or ramps
  • Must be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces
