We're seeking a Client Connectivity Solutions Consultant (Onboarding) to optimize our clients' experience as they connect their applications to U.S. Bank. The successful candidate will oversee the client onboarding journey, facilitate client inquiries, and serve as a single point of contact to orchestrate the activities required for clients to quickly launch their application.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three or more years of related experience
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
  • Experience working in a client-facing role overseeing technical solutions
  • Experience using IBM suite of managed file transfer applications
