Client Delivery Manager

The Client Delivery Manager will be fully accountable for their own work, team objectives, and delegation. This role is for a major defense contractor and requires a US citizen or permanent resident. The position involves providing consultancy services, managing projects, coaching a team, assessing issues, and maintaining confidentiality. The position emphasizes high impact and requires a candidate with good risk management skills.

Requirements

• Experience managing a P&L.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Report the monthly Risk Impact Assessments (RIA) including their effects and the scope of the report.
• Experience in dealing with and influencing multi-tier management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
