Pioneer is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Client Development Manager to expand client relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role involves actively identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with clients, providing trusted advisor services, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a strong Pioneer brand and drive new business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive ServiceNow platform experience in business development, solution sales, and client relationship management
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals by closing complex deals
- Management consulting sales experience preferred
- Experience with consultative and challenger selling methodologies
- Proficient in CRM skills (Hubspot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Location ideally Minneapolis or Denver metro area
- Ability to travel as needed

- The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000 annually.
