We are seeking a Client Director to produce new business with existing accounts, oversee executive relationship management, and lead virtual teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in client management, AI integration, and team leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client management
  • 5+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management
  • Experience exceeding sales targets
  • Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team
  • Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
  • Travel up to 50%
