As a Client Director at ServiceNow, you will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts, including Amazon, and lead virtual teams to support our most esteemed clients. You will provide strategic leadership to clients, manage executive relationships, and develop a clear roadmap to promote an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- Current location in Seattle or near a major Amazon office
- Prior success and experience selling to Amazon or applicable competitors in Strategic Tech industry
- 7+ years of experience in client management, and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
