You will produce new business with a defined set of ServiceNow's largest existing accounts, overseeing executive relationship management and leading virtual teams. You will provide strategic leadership to clients, work with solution teams to develop a ServiceNow solution, and manage executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS Sales experience including client management and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in Sales as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive-level relationship management
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
- Experience exceeding sales targets
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team
- Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
