They are seeking a Client Education and Knowledgebase Lead to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of internal and external knowledge resources for improving employee and client engagement, especially within their Customer Experience Portal. The role involves content curation, process improvement, communication coordination, and monitoring performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or five years relevant experience
  • ServiceNow and Smartsheet experience a bonus
  • Prior Knowledge Management experience a bonus
  • HCHB requires all applicants to be US citizens or have a green card allowing them to work in the US without being subject to export control restrictions.
