Homecare Homebase is seeking a Client Education and Knowledgebase Lead to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of internal and external knowledge resources. This role supports customer engagement through an enhanced knowledgebase within ServiceNow, driving content accuracy, usability, and HIPAA compliance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve information accessibility, and will also be responsible for coordinating training programs and managing communication.

Requirements

  • Maintain internal and external knowledgebases for accuracy, relevance, usability, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Administer and optimize the Customer Experience Portal within ServiceNow.
  • Partner cross-functionally to collect, curate, and organize knowledge for publication.
  • Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop new content.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s degree or 5 yrs exp, ServiceNow/Smartsheet experience a plus. Prior Knowledge Management experience a bonus. US citizenship or a green card req
