Homecare Homebase is a healthcare software development company seeking a Client Education and Knowledgebase Lead to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of their knowledge resources. This role focuses on enhancing employee and client engagement through content accuracy, usability, and HIPAA compliance, collaborating with IT, clients, and learning management systems. The ideal candidate will be a liaison between internal teams and clients, driving KM adoption and analytics to improve the portal's value.

Requirements

  • Maintain internal and external knowledgebases.
  • Administer and optimize the Customer Experience Portal within ServiceNow.
  • Partner cross-functionally to collect, curate, and organize knowledge.
  • Review and update existing content.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop new content.
  • Create and publish knowledgebase articles.
  • Monitor knowledgebase and portal performance metrics.
  • Coordinate communication for educational programs.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience. Knowledge management and ServiceNow/Smartsheet experience is a plus. Prior knowledge management/HCHB registration is preferred
