The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and execution for complex accounts within the Technology Integration and Distribution Center. This role involves managing client relationships, building solutions to increase customer loyalty, and monitoring account health metrics. They work collaboratively with the Customer Experience team to identify issues and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Sales, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Strong organizational knowledge
- Proven experience managing projects and delivering expectations
- Experience with IT solutions (JDA, Asana, ServiceNow, Power BI, Powerpoint) and client asset management systems
- Working knowledge of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Working knowledge of Customer Communication and project management
- Excellent time management skills
