The Client Success Manager will work with clients to provide an exceptional experience from onboarding to ongoing support, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as experience in client success or account management.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or 5 years of client-facing experience in a client success or account management role
  • Strong professional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret sales orders, SOWs, and invoices
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • ServiceNow and Salesforce experience a plus
