We are seeking a Client Support Professional to join our team at Fiserv. As a Client Support Professional, you will work directly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, validate work, and drive continuous service improvements. You will build and maintain positive relationships with clients, execute daily reconciliation, and provide flexible coverage to meet service-level objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client services or client-facing support in a fast-paced operations or production environment.
- 1+ years of experience in CRM and ticketing platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
- Experience with reconciliation, billing processes, and financial transaction validation.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formula-based analysis.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau for client-facing dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving production, technology, and development stakeholders.
