We are seeking a Cloud Maintenance Analyst to join our team. The role involves coordinating and executing maintenance activities in cloud-hosted environments to maximize customer environment availability, performance, and security. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role in a 24/7 environment.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in IT operations, support, or coordination roles
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or JIRA
- Self-motivated with solid oral and written communication skills
- Excel skills: ability to create macros, manage formulas, and reconcile complex evolving files
- Experience with project coordination and strong attention to detail
- Planning/scheduling background, ideally in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with colleagues, management, and customers
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); comfortable working with global teams across cultures
- Able to identify and report risks or improvement opportunities in tools, processes, and workflows
