Requirements
- Provide Patching, Deployment and pre and post support for software applications releases
- Provide L1-L3 type support to AWS/OCI/Azure Cloud maintenance tasks and activities
- Determine root cause analysis, resolve and communicate solutions to customers
- Develop personal competency of ServiceNow and build knowledge of products/processes
- Manage incident requests, escalate to team leader, determine root cause, and communicate solutions
- Achieve personal performance measures, adhere to SLAs and processes
- Work in shift patterns and provide backup support
- Produce regular reporting and track performance
- Develop skills in Microsoft Azure Technologies
- Take part or lead in development of innovations
