This Cloud Support Analyst role is crucial for keeping the business running with cloud products and services used by clients worldwide. The team in Manila consists of 50+ people working 24x7 in shifts and plans for growth. Responsibilities include patching, deployment, and support for cloud applications, incident management, and developing personal competency.

Requirements

  • Provide Patching, Deployment and pre and post support for software applications releases
  • Provide L1-L3 type support to AWS/OCI/Azure Cloud maintenance tasks and activities
  • Determine root cause analysis, resolve and communicate solutions to customers
  • Develop personal competency of ServiceNow and build knowledge of products/processes
  • Manage incident requests, escalate to team leader, determine root cause, and communicate solutions
  • Achieve personal performance measures, adhere to SLAs and processes
  • Work in shift patterns and provide backup support
  • Produce regular reporting and track performance
  • Develop skills in Microsoft Azure Technologies
  • Take part or lead in development of innovations

Requirements Summary

Proficient in Patching, Deployment and Cloud maintenance, troubleshooting. ServiceNow training needed. Strong reporting and communication skills required
