The role involves providing frontline support for customer infrastructures, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing billing concerns. This is a 24/7/365 hybrid position with a flexible schedule and requires customer-centric support and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer support service for technical products
- 2+ years using a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- IT degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Experience with Linux and Windows servers
- Experience with VMware/Hyper V
- Strong knowledge of networking (OSI, Ports, Protocols)
- Experience with operating systems (versioning, installations)
- Experience with command line protocols
- Experience with control panels (cPanel, Plesk)
- LPI Essentials knowledge desired
