We are seeking a Cloud Support - AWS Proficient to join our team. As a Cloud Support - AWS Proficient, you will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, developing and maintaining applications and services, and supporting Quality Engineers during QA activities.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python or Java.
- Experience with AWS services such as: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, CloudFront, Route53, API Gateway, S3, Bedrock, IAM.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Experience with automation and cloud management tools.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Comfortable working with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git).
- Familiarity with common software development and support tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to acquire and apply new skills and knowledge through training and documentation.
- Experience mentoring developers and support engineers is a plus.
