Cloud Support AWS Proficient

This position requires a Cloud Support specialist with strong programming skills, preferably in Python or Java. The role involves working with AWS services like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, and API Gateway, alongside developing applications and automation tools. Experience in agile software development and infrastructure monitoring is essential.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in at least one of Python or Java
• Experience with AWS services (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, CloudFront, Route53, API Gateway, S3, Bedrock, IAM)
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools
• Experience with automation and cloud management tools
• Proficient in oral and written communication
• Comfortable working with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git)
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Ability to learn and apply new skills through training
• Mentoring experience (plus)
• Experience in both CI/CD and automation tools (MLOps)
