SADA is seeking a Cloud Network Support Engineer to ensure customers effectively use Google Cloud Platform's networking services. This role focuses on providing expert-level solutions to customers, updating ServiceNow, and collaborating with other teams to improve customer support. The Engineer will handle escalations, provide training, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements Summary

3+ years of experience with GCP networking. Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, BGP, etc.). Strong experience with Linux troubleshooting tools and IAC tools
