We are looking for a Cloud Support Specialist Extern to join our motivated service desk teams in the Managed Cloud Services area. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and ensure that our customers are successful with our cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Customer- and service-oriented personality
- Independent way of working
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), ServiceNow, and ITIL knowledge
- Very good German and good English skills
