Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules and ServiceNow ticketing
- Experience in configuration, integration, and cloud-based SaaS platforms
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience managing projects in a global, cross-functional environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and time zones
- Ability to speak Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese is an advantage
