Cloud Systems Engineer, Senior

We're looking for an experienced DevOps infrastructure engineer to support our clients as they modernize their IT infrastructures and meet their most challenging missions. As a DevOps engineer, you'll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with supporting operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systems
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces
• Experience with scripting languages, including Bash, Ansible, or YAML and managing code using repositories or processes, such as GitOps, GitLab, or GitHub
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Experience with containerization with Kubernetes or Docker
• Experience hardening systems following DoD STIG requirements
• Experience developing and deploying software applications to cloud environments to include integrating applications with external services
• TS /SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of start date
• Experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
• Experience with UI /UX design
• Experience with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
• ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) certification
