The CMDB Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role focuses on data quality, CMDB governance, and supporting IT service management processes, aligning with ITIL best practices. The expert will collaborate with IT teams to validate CI ownership and improve awareness of CMDB processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM/CMDB management.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, BMC Atrium, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with discovery tools, integrations, and automation.
- Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
