Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of data management experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with deep expertise in CMDB
- Extensive working knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping and ITOM modules.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and SPM frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Strong grasp of ITIL processes and enterprise service management principles.
