CMDB Process Analysts

This role focuses on managing and optimizing ServiceNow CMDB processes to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives. The analyst will be responsible for data ingestion, reconciliation, process optimization, and collaboration with IT teams. ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Requirements

• Experience as a ServiceNow CMDB Process Analyst
• Strong understanding of CMDB lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Asset Management, and Configuration Management processes
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices for configuration management
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data accuracy
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS-CMDB, ITIL) are a plus
