We are seeking a highly skilled CMDB Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic solutioning and expertise in CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC, or others.
Requirements
- Develop strategic solutions to align with IT goals and objectives.
- Provide CMDB platform expertise in ServiceNow, BMC, or other platforms.
- Apply a strong understanding of ITIL principles to enhance operations.
- Lead data modeling and design efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Architect integration solutions for seamless data flow between CMDB and other IT systems.
- Define and establish governance practices for CMDB management.
- Design CMDB integrations with other IT systems to support processes such as incident resolution, change management, and strategic decision-making.
