As a Collaboration MS365 Expert Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions across the organization, ensuring secure, scalable, and innovative collaboration environments.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field; Microsoft certifications preferred
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant management and services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams Telephony)
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge
- Self-motivated and proactive in learning new technologies
- Strong problem-solving capability
