Join the Colleague Experience Team and help shape the future of HR at Element! As a Colleague Experience Generalist, you will play a vital role in frontline support for our colleagues by delivering exceptional service, assisting with core HR processes, and HR compliance efforts.
Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on Federal and State regulated leaves of absence (including FMLA, Disability, Parental leaves, etc.), time & attendance, policy interpretation, benefits, and other HR related concerns.
- Respond to queries via phone, email, HR case management system, and in person inquiries; documenting and escalating when needed.
- Support onboarding through new hire orientations and resources.
- Collaborate daily with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to address employee needs and enhance engagement.
- Maintain and update HR policies and processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct periodic HR training sessions on processes and policy updates.
- Analysis and reporting activities aligned with HR systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws at all levels.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback and best practices.
- Additional duties that fall within the scope of Human Resources activities.
