Commercial Account Executive responsible for producing new business sales revenue from software licenses within customers in the Bay Area. Builds relationships with Mid-Market clients, develops and runs sales strategies, and leads ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Account Executive (or equivalent) role within the IT industry
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a matrixed support organization and using multiple virtual specialists
- Executive-level relationship management experience
- Ability to provide transparency to sales process with excellent CRM hygiene
