Computer Support Technician

NTT DATA is seeking a Computer Support Technician to join its on-site IT team at a hospital in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence.

Requirements

• Provide hands-on support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
• Relocate and set up IT equipment for staff moves and department changes.
• Use ServiceNow to manage and document support tickets and work performed.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to minimize disruption to patient care.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hospital IT policies, including data security and privacy standards.
• Support mobile devices and hospital-specific applications.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of hospital staff from an IT perspective.
• Participate in routine maintenance, patching, and updates of systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
