The analyst will have total ticket ownership for service Network Service Requests and escalated incidents/issues, tracks tickets to completion, reports on outcomes, and communicates status and resolution to customer stakeholders and users.
Requirements

- Serves as the first point of contact for network service requests, categorizing and assigning tickets within ServiceNow.
- Ensure accurate documentation of user issues and coordinate with engineering teams for swift resolution.
