MILVETS is seeking a Junior Computer User Support Specialist with a Top Secret Clearance to join their team. The role requires providing technical support for Windows and macOS platforms, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure. Requirements

  • Provide Tier I–II technical support for desktop and service desk environments.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira).
  • Perform user account management within Active Directory.
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.

Requirements Summary
