Requirements
- Provide Tier I–II technical support for desktop and service desk environments.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira).
- Perform user account management within Active Directory.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
