Configuration Analyst

Configuration Management Analyst role with HII Mission Technologies. The position involves partnering with the IT Asset Management team to identify process and technology automation improvements, evaluating and recommending automation solutions, and assessing existing integrations. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework, strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework and its application to configuration management processes
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, technologies, and dependencies
• 3 to 5 years working experience with the ServiceNow platform
• 3+ years working in configuration management and maintaining a CMDB
• Working knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• An active TS/SCI level clearance
