Manage requirements for planning, organizing, and implementing enterprise-wide technology infrastructure, configuration, and change management functions. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing and leading configuration management (CM) processes and procedures in a DoD environment
- Experience performing the seven key configuration management disciplines
- Experience leading CM projects
- Ability to develop core CM documentation such as CM Plan or Configuration Control Board (CCB) Charter and Processes
- Ability to communicate CM findings and processes to team members, as well as program and client leadership
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with CM Databases (CMDBs) such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- Experience conducting CM Audits
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 processes and requirements
- Ability to lead CCB meetings and effectively communicate with board members
