Empower AI is seeking a Change Management Lead to support a team providing enterprise IT operations support for a DHS customer. The project focuses on infrastructure management and operations with an emphasis on automation.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Service Management tools, such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Expertise in integrating technical process work-flows within current and future Change Management (CM) automation
- Minimum 4 years' team lead or equivalent experience in enterprise Information Technology (IT) Change Management
- Experience developing written functional documentation and training materials
- Thorough knowledge of the relationships between Change Management, Configuration Management and Release Management
