Configuration Management Lead – Senior

The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize the organization's Configuration Management processes, lead a team of CMDB integrators and developers, and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across the Enterprise Information Environment.

Requirements

• Must hold an active secret level clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Configuration Management roles
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
