CACI is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Lead to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization's Configuration Management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE).

Requirements

  • Must hold an active secret level clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Configuration Management roles
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
