Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Lead to support the configuration and infrastructure of the USCIS Enterprise Automation & Unified Task Orchestration (eAUTO) contract. As the Configuration Management Lead, you will safeguard the integrity of USCIS's mission-critical IT baselines and drive the automation that keeps thousands of systems in sync.
Requirements
- Overall responsibility for managing the CM team, priority, status, and deliverables
- Minister the enterprise Change Management program and interface with DHS ICCB
- Conduct daily Virtual CABs achieving 99% same-day processing and automate VCAB minutes in ServiceNow
- Generate weekly and quarterly change-volume metrics; integrate CM oversight into AWS resources
- Review/approve CRs in ServiceNow/ServiceHUB within 1–7-day SLA
- Support break-fix/emergency changes
Requirements Summary
Bachelors degree and 5+ years of IT requirements management, configuration management, change management or Systems Engineering experience
