As a Configuration Management Specialist, you will support PTC’s SaaS operations by delivering core Configuration Management services. You will monitor key metrics, analyze error logs, and identify inconsistencies in CMDB records. You will also perform routine activities, monitor and manage the Configuration Management incident queue, and collect and report operational metrics.
