The Configuration Manager will oversee and ensure the integrity of software products, design and execute configuration plans, and coordinate with supervisors and analysts. They will also prepare complete configuration documentation and oversee the management of configuration items.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of configuration management experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in configuration management or a related field
- Experience in managing complex IT projects, using ServiceNow CMDB configuration management tools, and familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
