Join our team as a Configuration Manager and work with various teams to ensure proper implementation of the configuration management plan. Coordinate and manage all configuration management activities, including planning, identification, control, status accounting, and audit.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Configuration Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a highly regulated environment such as a financial institution.
- Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and good understanding of CMDB data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira ITSM, Jira, Confluence, O365 suit, and BPMN tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
