Senior Technology Partner - HR Technology Security, Risk & Compliance

Twilio is seeking a Senior Technology Partner - HR Technology Security, Risk & Compliance to lead security and compliance efforts across their global HR technology stack. This role involves specializing in Workday and managing the extended ecosystem including solutions like Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Eightfold, Workboard, Snowflake, Beeline, Viser, Qualtrics, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate combines security expertise with practical understanding of Agile delivery, risk frameworks, and SaaS platform management.

Requirements

• 7+ years in HR Tech or IT with deep Workday experience
• Cross platform experience w/Integration and Data Governance Expertise (Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Eightfold, etc.)
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Agile delivery alignment experience
