This ServiceNow Consultant role involves the development, implementation, and integration of ServiceNow modules in the ITSM/GRC/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process. Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience is required, along with a solid understanding of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes. Candidate should be able to work independently and in a team, and have excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Develop ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) in ServiceNow Platform.
- Follow best development practices during implementation.
- Create technical design document and write Unit test cases.
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on.
- Knowledge in the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process.
Requirements Summary
3+ full cycle ServiceNow implementation, ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience with REST API
