We are opening a position for an ITAM Governance Consultant to strengthen our client's team based in Geneva, aiming to optimize the lifecycle, compliance, and value of physical and cloud IT assets.
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in IT asset governance, including process definition, roles, and responsibilities.
- Mastery of the ServiceNow platform (ITOM, ITAM, integrations, service mapping).
- Certification in ISO/IEC 19770 is appreciated.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and agile methods is required.
- Ability to manage projects in complex international environments.
- Ease of interacting with various stakeholders (technical, functional, management).
- Previous experience in a large-scale digital transformation project.
- Excellent written skills and analytical spirit.
