We are seeking an ITAM Governance Consultant to strengthen our client's team in Geneva. The consultant will play a key role in evaluating the existing state, identifying gaps, and defining the future governance model for technology asset management.

Requirements

Confirmed experience in IT asset governance, including defining processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Mastery of the ServiceNow platform (ITOM, ITAM, integrations, service mapping...).
Appreciated ISO/CEI 19770 certification.
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and agile methods required.
Ability to manage projects in complex international environments.
Ease of interacting with diverse stakeholders (technical, functional, management).
Previous experience in a large-scale digital transformation project.
Excellent writing rigor and analytical spirit.
