- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and other end-user devices.
- Set up and manage on-site IT kiosks for user support.
- Handle support ticket resolution through tools like ServiceNow.
- Provide hands-on and remote technical support to users.
- Establish priority escalation channels and handle hypercare scenarios.
- Manage software installation, updates, and user account configurations.
- Assist with hardware troubleshooting and replacements.
- Document recurring issues and provide feedback for improvements.
