Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 5 in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow, ideally in development or support roles
- Good mastery of ITIL processes
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotation (including weekends and holidays as scheduled)
- Good written and verbal communication in French
